For the last 30 years Milly has worked as an advocate, community organizer, trauma and grief counselor, spiritual director and family and organizational systems coach. Her work is deeply informed by the Internal Family Systems (IFS), Asset Based Community Development, and trauma-based therapy practices. Her aim is to witness with others the powerful energy of self-healing and collective regulation for peace and justice. Currently she spends her time writing, reading, walking and investing in her own healing and joy. Milly has been a priest in the Episcopal Church for 13 years and believes that community and sustaining relationships make our lives better.
Susan Walters (MA, PCC- Professional Certified Coach) loves working with women and growth seekers in transition who want to find, design, and manifest an authentic and meaningful life. She’s trained in many eastern and western modalities, ancient and current. Her own healing and inner growth experiences, and those of her clients, are impacted by her Somatic Experiencing (SE) trauma-training and deep Enneagram Systems knowledge and inquiry. Credentials include: Masters Landscape Studies, Certified Presence-Based® Coaching, Integrative Enneagram Solutions (iEQ9), Conscious Living and The Enneagram (with Russ Hudson, Jessica Dibbs), CP Enneagram Academy, Somatic Experiencing, Transition Coaching, and family constellation.
