MY STORY

My life has been full of transitions, explorations, gifts and hardships. This is true for most I think. I’ve grown from them all. 

Lessons, insights and patterns often thread together in unexpected ways.

My journey was certainly not my ‘plan’, and my current work not a ‘goal’ visualized 10 years ago. I am grateful for the journey.

I’m a steward, coach and facilitator. I love working with women in transition, wanting to find, design and manifest authentic and meaningful life, work and relationships.

I developed and honed many skills studying nature in a Landscape Studies master’s program, and then as a solopreneur landscape designer business owner. And then through diverse experiences and jobs in business development, sales, program management and HR.

These skills cross over to my coaching and facilitating experience in growth, transitions, personal development, enneagram and systems dynamics. And, I’m an exprienced entrepreneur and business owner. I’ve started several businesses, and currently co-own/ steward a nature focused retreat center business, Bend of Ivy Lodge.

I coach leaders, entrepreneurs, business owners, change agents, coaches and wisdom explorers. I help clients cultivate self-awareness, inner growth, presence, resiliency and leadership capacities for today, and tomorrow. For living and leading well in complexity and uncertainty.

I’m a coach, speaker, author, facilitator, business owner, landscape designer, ceo and animal lover (love dogs, goats, and turtles). I’m one of five daughters, and blessed with a daughter, son and two beloved grandgirls. Lots of experience with the feminine energies!

MY PURPOSE

I coach those curious, open and ready to discover and design what needs to be transitioned, and how to do so with a caring, experienced and compassionate growth and transition partner. Me.
