Navigating a transition?

Looking for clarity in what’s next?

Intentional Life Design Makes A Difference

Transitions in life, work, or relationships can be challenging, but they also offer powerful opportunities for growth. When what once worked no longer feels right, it’s often a sign that new insights are needed. To move forward, it’s important to create space for fresh ideas and release patterns that no longer serve you.

This is where Inner Work comes in—the process of uncovering the unconscious habits that shape your decisions, relationships, and overall well-being. By recognizing these patterns, you can gain the clarity and confidence to make intentional choices and take the next step forward.

As Einstein said: "The same brain that created the problem can’t solve the solution."
Inner Work unlocks new ways of thinking and acting, helping you break free from the habits that have kept you stuck.

While change is inevitable, how you handle it can be intentional.

To help guide this process, I’ve developed a simple but powerful framework: The 6 Steps to Intentional Life Work Design.

These steps give you a clear path forward, helping you build momentum and create the balance and energy you desire in life and work.

  1. Accept: Embrace your desire for a better self, life, and work.

  2. Clarify: Engage in Inner Work to deepen your self-understanding.

  3. Action: Experiment with new options for the future with an open heart and mind.

  4. Create: Develop both short and long-term plans, knowing they will evolve.

  5. Design: Redefine your life and work to prioritize balance and energy management.

  6. Review, Renew, Refuel: Continuously assess, adjust, and recharge as needed.

Taking the first step doesn’t have to be overwhelming.

Accepting your desire for a better self, life, and work is the first step, and you can get started by simply exploring where you are now and noticing what feels out of alignment. This is a powerful way to gain clarity and understand what changes may be needed.

Get Started in Just 10 Minutes

Take a moment to reflect on these important questions with curiosity and openness:

  • Life View: What gives your life meaning?

  • Work View: What does work represent to you (money, learning, growth, fulfillment)?

  • Energizers & Depleters: What energizes and depletes you in both life and work?

  • Alignment: How aligned are your life and work? Where do you notice gaps or misalignment?

These reflections will help you gain the clarity needed to begin designing the intentional life and work you desire.
